Meaning
Here, Baba Avtar Singh ji says that there are different ways by which one tries to win over God but still he don’t succeed in doing so. God cannot be won over by mere loud and hollow praises, by ringing of the bells, by the sound of alarms, by loud screaming and calls, by burning of fragrance in temples, by offering lakhs of flowers, by lighting flames or by the hardest efforts we make. The only way one can win over God is by shedding his ego and bowing his head at the door of the True Master.
